AODME relies on the commitment of dedicated volunteers to help administer its programs. Service on an AODME committee provides an opportunity to connect with peers, develop leadership skills, meet requirements for Fellowship and give back to your professional association. Volunteer commitments vary, but committees generally meet monthly via conference call.

Assist in recruiting and retaining members in the organization by developing membership campaigns, review membership benefit offerings, etc.
